Heaton Moor United Church (Methodist & U.R.C.) on Heaton Moor Road and Stanley Road. It was built on the site of Heaton Moor Methodist Church, and dedicated in 1990. The Heatons U.R.C. on Heaton Moor Road is also home to Stockport Christian Fellowship (Link). Three interior views - 1, 2, 3, all Mike Berrell (2010). SJ 882 920. Since Mike took these photos, the U.R.C. has left, and joined with Methodists to form Heaton Moor United Church on Stanley Road, Heaton Moor. Their former home was bought by the adjacent medical practice, so they could continue to use the car park, and Stockport Christian Fellowship now rent the building from them.

Portwood
Brunswick Wesleyan Chapel, which stood on Great Portwood Street, Portwood, was demolished in 1955. SJ 902 910. From an old postcard in Mike Berrell's Collection.
Of the demolished St. Paul on Carrington Road/St. Paul's Street, all that remains is a grassed-over site, with some gravestones (not in their original positions), and a war memorial. See also St. Luke, Brinnington, which is the successor church. SJ 905 911. Both Mike Berrell (2012).

Woodford

The church website (here) mentions that some of the fixtures and fittings (e.g. box pews) came from another church, though it doesn't specify which one; perhaps this includes these carved wood panels. Woodley
