The Akrill Memorial Methodist Church, Londonderry Lane, was built with a bequest from Mrs. Elizabeth Akrill. SP 016 881. © Roy Graham. A recent newspaper report, passed on to me by John French, says that the church has applied for permanent closure as it is unsafe and can't afford repairs. John has also sent these further photos.
