The Baptist Church meets in Baldock Community Centre (2021 Streetview) on Simpson Drive. TL 2458 3382. Link.

An otherwise unidentified Chapel shows on a large scale map of 1882 on Pond Lane at TL 2428 3397. Other than a comment here about a non-conformist cemetery formerly on Pond Lane, and hence the likely adherence of the chapel, I've found out nothing about it. It seems to have gone out of use no later than 1922. The house on its site today was seen by Streetview in 2018.

Christchurch meets in Knights Templar School (2016 Streetview) on Park Street. TL 2435 3371. Link.

Church of Holy Trinity and St. Augustine of Canterbury (R.C.) on London Road. TL 2484 3329. © Les Needham. Link. The About the Parish page dates the present (third) church to 1977. Two earlier churches (1913 and 1927) stood on a plot of land next to The Boot pub, on High Street. After demolition, housing was built on the site (2018 Streetview). TL 2474 3353.

Older maps show a Friends Meeting House on Meeting House Lane, at TL 2437 3406. It was seen by Streetview in 2015, and some history of it can be seen here - entry number 6.

Gospel Hall on Jackson Street and Orchard Road. TL 244 341. © Les Needham. Streetviews show that the hall was demolished after June 2010 and a house (2014 Streetview) built on its site by 2014.

The Methodist Church (2021is on Whitehorse Street. Older maps label it as Wesleyan. Link. Grade II listed, wherein it's dated to tthe second half of the 19th century.

The former Primitive Methodist Chapel on Church Street, as seen by Streetview in 2018. It's dated here to 1857-1916, successor to a chapel converted from two cottages at Norton End in 1844. TL 2430 3407.

St. Mary. Previously in the "Unkno section. Ian Lewis had sent in a scan of an old postcard, which he thought might possibly be in Hertfordshire. I had thought this one might take quite a while to identify, but both Garry Barr and Janet Gimber have advised that it is St. Mary in Baldock, which is indeed in Herts. Two further views, both © Les Needham - 1, 2. TL 2440 3391. Link. Grade I listed. For related listed features, see here.

U.R.C. on Whitehorse Lane. The foundation stone, dated 1903 can be seen here, along with other photos. TL 2462 3399. © Les Needham.
