The cemetery between Leeds Road and Dorchester Road has two Mortuary Chapels, Anglican at SE 4790 4292, and Nonconformist at SE 4789 4293. Both © David Regan (2025).

There used to be a Primitive Methodist Chapel on Hillside, at SE 4881 4364. It's dated here to 1864-1962, demolished about 10 years later, and had a predecessor of 1820 or 1830, site unknown. A photo of the 1868 chapel can be seen here (scroll down), and the site today in a Streetview from 2021 - the building at the centre, but further back from the road.
