Siloh Welsh Congregational Church. A recent development adjacent means that access is via the narrow alleyway.
David Bolton advises that the photo shows the original chapel, built in 1869. A larger chapel was subsequently built adjacent, and the original chapel became the schoolroom. In time, the new chapel was demolished, and a block of flats was built on the site (just visible at the right of the photo), at which point the congregation moved back into the original building.
