The Primitive Methodists had at least two chapels here. The earlier one was on Watling Street at SK 5811 1495. This source dates it to 1848. Link. It was succeeded in 1897 by the second chapel, which stood on Loughborough Road and Crown Lane, at SK 5801 1516. Demolished, two photos of it can be seen here, where it says that it was closed in the 1970's. The building on its site "The Old Schoolroom" can be seen in a Streetview from 2023.

There used to be a Wesleyan Methodist Chapel on Loughborough Road, at SK 5784 1528. Some history is available here, where it's dated to about 1897-1962, successor to an earlier 1811 chapel nearby. Also included are two photos, allegedly of the chapel, though I suspect not - O.S. maps show that the chapel  was quite long, almost reaching to the road. Most of its site now lies beneath the parking area seen in a Streetview from 2023, and it extended to include the site of the cream-painted building, which is the one claimed to be the chapel.
