Victoria Road Mosque (also Tayside Islamic and Cultural Education Centre) on Wellington Street obviously has a former existence. Can you advise what it was? My appreciation to Janet Gimber for advising that this was originally Wesleyan Methodist, later Methodist, and subsequently a Salvation Army Citadel. Jim Parker (2009).

Morison Evangelical Union Church. Former Church on Guthrie Street, now Downfield Musical Society, which Jim thought may have been Morison Evangelical Union Church. Janet Gimber has confirmed the identification, and pointed me to this link, which states that the church was founded in 1866, and moved into the then newly-built church in 1887. Jim Parker (2009).
