Capel Tegid (Calvinistic Methodist). The statue is of Thomas Charles. SH 9271 3591. Both © Gervase N. E. Charmley (2011). It is labelled as Methodist Chapel in this old postcard in Reg Dosell's Collection. Link. Grade II listed, wherein it's dated to 1865-7, replacing earlier chapels of 1809 and 1757. It also says that the spire was removed in 2000, though more recent Streetviews (2016, for example) show it still in place. The statue is also listed as grade II.

English PresbyterianChapel off High Street. It was originally an Anglican Chapel of Ease of 1810, the predecessor of Christ Church. Another view. SH 9273 3606. Both © Gervase N. E. Charmley (2011). The chapel has since closed - it's now in use as an antiques shop (2022 Streetview). Grade II listed.

The Heritage Centre is a former chapel, which Coflein calls Plase Calvinistic Methodist Chapel, and dates it to circa 1850, closing in 1980. It stands on Plasey Street at SH 9258 3585. © Gervase N. E. Charmley (2011).

Independent/Congregational Chapel (1867) on Mount Street. According to its Coflein entry, it dates from 1867, replacing earlier chapels of 1779 and 1813. SH 9273 3600. © Gervase N. E. Charmley (2011). Grade II listed.
