Older maps show a Baptist Chapel on the more recent Cranleigh Drive at SJ 7830 9215. Its Genuki entry dates it to 1876-1970. The two or three leftmost houses seen in a Streetview from 2023 stand on its site.

King's Way Church (Partners in Harvest), formerly the Independent Methodist Chapel, on Glebelands Road. SJ 7808 9280. © Mike Berrell. As of 2024, according to the church website, the church no longer uses this building, meeting instead in the Carrington Lane Methodist Church. Streetviews show that the church was still active on Glebelands Road in 2012, in 2014 there were building works in progress, and the building now (2021) appears to be in use as two houses, or perhaps offices.

A map of 1898 shows a Mission Hall on Bridgewater Street at SJ 7895 9229. It seems to have survived, and was seen by Streetview in 2023.

The My Primitive Methodist website has an entry for a Primitive Methodist Chapel on Chapel Lane, dated to 1852. It suggests one building on the street may be the former chapel, though a site contributor throws some doubt on this. This building, seen by Streetview in 2018, does seems to be a plausible candidate. Circa SJ 7744 9253.

The Quaker Meeting House off Park Road was seen by Streetview in 2023. Genuki has a better image, and says the congregation was founded in 1856. SJ 7835 9239.

St. Martin on Church Lane. An unusual item for a church to display - stocks! SJ 7723 9299. © Mike Berrell. Two additional views - 1, 2, and the lych-gate, all © Karel Kuča (2019). Link. The history page dates the church to 1714, with later additions, standing on the site of earlier churches. It includes a photo of the church from before the addition of the tower in 1886.

Older O.S. maps show an otherwise unidentified Chapel on Atkinson Road at SJ 7854 9239. Genuki identifies it as Unitarian. A block of flats now stands on the site (2023 Streetview).
